Job Purpose

Responsible for sales closure through tele-calling and lead generation for asset and liability products via internal and external channels. Achieve business and efficiency targets while maintaining productivity and hygiene standards.

Achieve monthly and yearly business targets; Identify suitable products for customers and ensure sales closure.

Quality Management

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products; Ensure proper tagging and disposition of leads in the system; Cross-sell bank products based on customer requirements; Adhere to call management, lead management, and database protocols.

Process Management

Follow channel guidelines and code of conduct; Maintain system login and hygiene parameters; Ensure accurate call information to minimize complaints; Adhere to performance metrics for call coverage, lead management, and disbursements.

Education:

Graduate in any stream with fluency in English and the local language.
