Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 6+ Months | Shift: US/Night Shift | Job Type: Full-Time
- Market and place bench consultants for suitable IT requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and recruiters for job opportunities.
- Submit profiles, negotiate rates, and follow up on submissions/interviews.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and consultant records.
- Knowledge of US staffing, job portals, and work authorizations preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented skills required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
