You'll be verifying insurance benefits for patients receiving specialty care in the U.S. — work that directly affects whether someone gets treatment on time.

What you'll do

✅ Conduct eligibility checks and benefit verifications for patients undergoing specialty treatment

✅ Confirm plan details including coverage limits, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance

✅ Handle Medicare and Medicare Advantage verification cases

✅ Assist with claims processing and related benefits documentation

✅ Meet turnaround-time targets while maintaining high accuracy standards

What we're looking for

✅ 1–4 years of hands-on experience in US insurance eligibility and benefits verification

✅ Working knowledge of Medicare / Medicare Advantage plans

✅ Strong grasp of how the US healthcare insurance system operates

✅ Proven ability to work within SLA timelines without compromising quality

✅ Strong verbal and written communication with an eye for detail
