Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth workflow.

- Supervise and coordinate beauticians, hairstylists and other salon staff.

- Ensure high standards of customer service, grooming and hygiene.

- Handle client consultations and recommend suitable beauty, hair and skincare services.

- Monitor service quality and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.

- Manage appointments, staff schedules and daily salon activities.

- Drive sales through service recommendations, packages, memberships and promotional offers.

- Achieve monthly sales and customer-retention targets.

- Maintain inventory of beauty products and salon consumables.

- Coordinate with management regarding sales, staff performance and operational requirements.

- Train and motivate team members to improve service quality and productivity.

- Ensure proper billing, record keeping and adherence to salon policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1 - 5 years in salon/beauty industry;

experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of hair, beauty, facial, skincare, manicure,



pedicure and salon services.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-service oriented with a professional and pleasant personality.

- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.

- Good sales and client-conversion skills.

- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.

- Computer knowledge for Online marketing, appointments, billing and reporting.

- Well-groomed, confident and presentable.

- Candidates with experience in a premium/unisex salon will be preferred.
