Role & responsibilities

- Conduct therapy sessions with children as per the prescribed clinical protocols.

- Build a good rapport with children and their parents.

- Introduce yourself to parents and explain the session process.

- Provide parents with a 23 minute daily summary of the child's session.

- Provide/update ABC sheets after daily sessions.

- Work closely with the Senior Behavioural Therapist and discuss doubts or challenges.

- Attend assessment meetings and remain with the child during assessments.

- Understand the purpose and rationale of the procedures being used.

- Update each assigned child's VB-MAPP progress every week and maintain appropriate progress graphs.

- Maintain daily session summaries and required records.





- Keep the therapy/session room clean and organized, including arranging toys after sessions.

- Follow all organizational policies, values, and professional standards.

- Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: any qualification

- Positive communication: Should be able to communicate clearly with children, parents, and senior therapists.

- Patience: Should be patient and able to manage children during therapy sessions.

- Willingness to learn: Should accept feedback and be open to continuous training and development.
