- 6–9 years in Commercial Interior Designing / Service Industry
- 4–5 years in Commercial Furniture / Product Industry
- Salary:
- ₹8–15 LPA, negotiable based on relevant experience and industry exposure
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Relocation: Candidates currently based in/around Mumbai preferred; relocation candidates will not be considered

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, corporate, retail, residential, and airport projects.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry contacts, architects, consultants, and other business channels.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, pitches, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to project conversion and closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track leads, opportunities,



conversion rates, and business performance.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the commercial interiors and furniture sectors.
- Collaborate with internal design and project teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals.

Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and market positioning.
- Support social media, PR, content marketing, newsletters, website updates, and industry collaborations.
- Identify relevant industry events, networking opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
