Responsibilities For Freshers:

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills. For 1-5 Years of Experience:

- Experience in industrial furnace design, thermal systems, or heat treatment.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL) for thermal analysis.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication, sheet metal design, and structural analysis.

- Knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, AMS, NADCAP) for heat treatment processes.
