Job Summary

SVARNIM SOUNDARYA is looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to assist customers in selecting cosmetics, skincare, beauty, and personal-care products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and an interest in beauty and fashion.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and personal-care requirements.
- Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing clearly.
- Demonstrate products when required and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain good knowledge of products, brands, offers, and new arrivals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer questions and provide polite and qualified assistance.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
- Check product availability, pricing, labels, and promotional displays.
- Assist with billing, packing, inventory checks, and other day-to-day retail activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beauty/cosmetics section.




- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow store policies and maintain professional standards at all times.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge or interest in cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Sales or retail experience will be an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products appropriately.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.
