Adi Group of Institutions – Mannarkkad Branch is looking for an energetic and proactive BDE (Business Development Executive) to generate leads, develop institutional relationships, and support the overall marketing activities of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate quality leads through planned business development activities.

- Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other organizations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutions and key decision-makers.

- Identify and develop new institutional tie-ups and business opportunities.

- Coordinate and participate in seminars, workshops, educational events, and promotional activities.

- Conduct market visits to identify new opportunities and potential institutions.

- Support the planning and execution of institutional marketing activities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, institutional contacts, and visits.

- Submit regular reports on lead generation,



institutional visits, and marketing activities.

- Represent Adi Group of Institutions professionally during institutional meetings and external activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Must own a two-wheeler.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

- Willingness to travel regularly for institutional visits and marketing activities.

- Positive coordination and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.

- Previous experience in business development, institutional marketing, field marketing, or the education sector is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
