Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, client outreach, and basic sales or business development activities.
- Valuable analytical and research abilities to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Comfort with using productivity tools and CRM or lead management systems to track interactions and outcomes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a freelance or performance-driven role will be considered a plus.
