Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, finding recent customers, building client relationships, and promoting our LED display products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Explain LED display products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead information.
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.




- Visit clients when required for business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Working Conditions
