Role & responsibilities

- Beauty Treatments: Provide qualified beauty services such as facials, skin treatments, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, manicure/pedicures, and hair styling.

- Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, recommend treatments, and customize services based on their skin type, preferences, and desired results.

- Maintain Hygiene & Cleanliness: Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are sanitized according to health and safety standards. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients.

- Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, and provide an exceptional client experience. Address client queries and ensure satisfaction with all services provided.

- Product Knowledge:



Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques. Educate clients about aftercare, product recommendations, and how to maintain their beauty regimen at home.

- Retail Sales: Assist clients with recommending and selling beauty products and services. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Appointment Management: Manage and schedule client appointments efficiently. Handle bookings, cancellations, and reminders to ensure optimal service delivery.
