Position: Bar Manager

Location: Panckhula

Experience: 4–6 years in Bar/Restaurant/Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and manage the bar team.
- Prepare and maintain beverage menus, cocktails, and recipes.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and beverage costs.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and stock control.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for efficient operations.
- Handle guest queries and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Control wastage and maintain proper records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and liquor regulations.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of bar inventory and cost control.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
