Job Summary

We are hiring experienced candidates for a Banking Voice Process in Pallavaram, Chennai. Candidates with prior experience in Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer queries related to banking services.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions and required information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Service
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work 6 days a week

Salary & Benefits
- Maximum CTC: ₹2.9 LPA
- In-hand Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month
- TA: ₹2,000/month
- Incentives: Applicable as per performance
- Salary Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offered package
