Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, banking, financial transactions, reconciliations, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounts as well as banking and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage purchase and sales entries and verify supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.

Banking Operations

- Manage day-to-day banking transactions and payments.
- Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque processing, and online banking.
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, account-related queries, and documentation.
- Monitor bank balances and payment requirements.
- Maintain proper records of bank transactions.




- Assist in cash-flow and payment planning.

Compliance & Taxation

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in GST/TDS-related data preparation and documentation.
- Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and supported by relevant documents.
- Support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Banking, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, BRS, ledger reconciliation, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounts and banking activities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in manufacturing, corporate finance, banking operations, or accounts departments will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Location: Sector 74, Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab.

Pay: ₹10,024.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
