Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Baker role based in Ludhiana. The Baker will prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, cookies, and other baked goods, following standardized recipes and quality standards.

Day-to-day tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating bakery equipment, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the preparation area, organizing inventory of baking supplies,



and coordinating with team members to meet daily production targets. The Baker may assist with new product development and provide input on improving existing recipes and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Bakery operations and Baking techniques.
- Experience in Food Preparation, including measuring, mixing, and handling ingredients safely.
- Ability to produce a variety of Cookies with consistent quality and presentation.
- Proficiency in baking different types of Bread, including managing dough preparation and baking times.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a commercial bakery or food production setting is preferred.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
