Job Role: Background Verification Executive (BGV)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible BGV Executive to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct background verification of candidates and employees.
- Verify employment, education, address and other relevant details.
- Coordinate with candidates and verification agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and update verification status.
- Follow up on pending verification cases.
- Prepare and maintain BGV reports and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of candidate information.

Requirements

- Any Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience in BGV, recruitment or HR operations
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Willingness to work from the office in Andheri, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
