About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building APIs, managing databases, implementing business logic, and developing backend services that support our digital products and applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications and services.
- Design and develop REST APIs and backend services for web and mobile applications.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases and data structures.
- Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Integrate applications with third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other external services.
- Develop secure and efficient solutions for handling application and user data.
- Debug, test, and resolve backend, API, and database issues.
- Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other technical team members.
- Participate in system architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and follow good coding and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API authentication, and web services.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.




- Understanding of database design, queries, indexing, and optimization.
- Experience with Git/version control and standard software development workflows.
- Good understanding of application security and data protection.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Node.js, Python, or similar modern backend frameworks.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
- Understanding of WebSockets, real-time data, or cloud-based applications.
- Experience working on SaaS, PropTech, real estate, e-commerce, or other data-driven platforms.
