Roles and Responsibilities
- Process SIPs, Lump Sum transactions, NACH mandates, UCC creation, KYC documentation, and other related tasks.
- Manage back office operations for mutual fund schemes on BSE STAR MF platform.
- Ensure timely settlement of trades and reconciliations with CAMS/KFinTech systems.
- Maintain accurate records in MS Excel and adhere to compliance requirements under NISM VA certification.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries from clients or intermediaries.
