Role Objective The B2B Event & CXO/Speaker Engagement Associate will manage executive engagement programs from target-list creation and outreach through event execution and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Executive / Delegate Acquisition

- Identify and build targeted lists of CXOs and senior decision-makers.

- Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

- Drive registrations, confirmations and attendance through consistent follow-up.

Speaker / CXO Engagement

- Identify and approach relevant speakers and senior executives.

- Manage communication, confirmations and ongoing engagement.

Event Execution

- Support CXO roundtables, conferences and executive meetings end-to-end.

- Coordinate registrations, reminders, seating and other event requirements.

- Work with internal teams, venues and vendors as required.

Client Coordination & Follow-up

- Understand client objectives and target audience.





- Track outreach and event progress and provide regular updates.

- Support post-event communication and capture business insights/opportunities.

- Maintain accurate CRM/database records.

- Conference production or client servicing

Essential Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Comfortable speaking with CXOs and senior executives

- Strong outbound calling and follow-up skills

- Valuable LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp communication

- Target and deadline oriented

- Strong ownership and execution skills

- Good research and attention to detail

- Basic CRM / Excel / productivity-tool proficiency

Pay: ₹10,326.40 - ₹65,549.93 per month
