We are looking for Role : Azure Operations Engineer

Employment type : C2H

NP : Immediate - 15 days

Role Overview The company is hiring for an Azure Operations Engineer / Azure Ops Team Member.

This role is focused on designing, maintaining, and operating cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure for enterprise applications.

Its a mix of operations, automation, networking, security, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management

- Work on IaaS (VMs, networking, storage) and PaaS (App Services, CosmosDB, Functions, AKS, etc.).
- Handle networking (VNets, NAT, Bastion, Load balancers, Gateways).
- Ensure high availability and load balancing.
- Manage SSL certificates for secure applications.
- Set up infrastructure as per project needs.

1. Automation & IaC (Infrastructure as Code)

- Use Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and automation.
- Write automation scripts for repeatable infrastructure deployment.

1. Kubernetes & Containers

- Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container apps, and container registries.

1. Design & Deployment

- Design enterprise-scale Azure architectures.
- Define NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements) like scalability, availability, security, and performance.




- Migrate workloads to Azure.

1. Collaboration

- Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Work closely with DevSecOps platforms and application teams.

Required Skills

1. Technical Must-Haves

- 4+ years of hands-on Azure experience (design + operations).
- Strong in networking, VMs, storage, App Services, databases, security.
- Knowledge of Azure governance (RBAC, policies, cost controls).
- Familiar with Azure DevOps, Automation, PowerShell DSC.
- Comfortable with Linux systems.
- Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-303, AZ-304) preferred.

1. Programming & Automation

- Terraform & Ansible for IaC.
- Automation scripts (PowerShell / Bash).

1. Cloud & Security

- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and security best practices.
- Experience ensuring minimal downtime in large Azure environments.

1. Nice-to-Have

- Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Azure Functions.
- Agile / DevOps methodology experience.
