Role Overview :

As an Azure Architect based in Hyderabad, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our cloud transformation initiatives, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures.

You will collaborate closely with C-suite stakeholders, engineering leads, and cross-functional product teams to define the long-term cloud strategy and roadmap.

By driving the adoption of cloud-native patterns and modernizing legacy infrastructure, you will directly influence the organization's agility, operational efficiency, and ability to deliver seamless digital experiences to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust Azure cloud solutions that align with enterprise security standards and cost-optimization goals to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead the migration of complex on-premise workloads to Azure, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity for critical applications.
- Mentor high-performing engineering teams by establishing architectural best practices, code standards, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Partner with business unit leaders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative cloud-native solutions that accelerate time-to-market.




- Oversee the governance and compliance framework within the Azure setting to mitigate risks and maintain data integrity across all cloud operations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale distributed systems on Microsoft Azure, with a deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and serverless computing models.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.
- Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting enterprise-level infrastructure challenges and optimizing cloud spend without compromising performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills to guide diverse teams through digital transformation journeys, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant Azure professional certifications.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, coordinating effectively with distributed teams based in Hyderabad and international offices.
