Urgent Hiring || Ayurvedic Doctor || South Delhi

Profile: Ayurvedic Doctor

Experience: Minimum 15+ years

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Location: South Delhi, India (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Examining and counselling to the patients to diagnose their medical condition.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring the team of Nutritionists and ensuring effective day-to-day functioning of the team.
- Setting team objectives and monitoring individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Monitoring team-wise revenue, client conversions, renewals, retention, and overall business performance and taking corrective actions wherever required.
- History taking, diagnosis, investigation recommendations, planning herbs.
- Preparation of suitable plans for the patient as per his/her condition.
- Advising patient/client how to take appropriate herbs and advising lifestyle changes for management of weight and medical condition.
- Patient health monitoring: Regular follow- up with patient/client to review progress and health.
- Review impact of plan on weight and overall health of client. Make appropriate modifications in plan accordingly.




- Documenting and keeping record of treatment. Apprising other team members of the same.
- Counselling the client as a mentor to continuously educate on how to improve health.
- Conducting regular team reviews and providing guidance, feedback, and support to improve individual and overall team performance.
- Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge base and skills.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Ayurveda, Medicine, or related field.
- Certification in Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in patient consultation and wellness planning.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and modern nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Solid business acumen with a focus on achieving business goals while maintaining high standards of service quality.
