Role Description The Autonomous Agent Skills.md Builder is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, structuring, and maintaining documentation that defines skill sets, behaviors, and capabilities for autonomous AI agents used across Cehpoint’s e-learning, IT solutions, and cybersecurity offerings. In this role, the professional will analyze system requirements, map AI functionalities to practical use cases, and create clear, well-organized Skills.md files and related technical documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with developers, cybersecurity specialists, and instructional designers to understand agent logic, documenting workflows and decision trees, and ensuring consistency in naming conventions, metadata, and skill descriptions.



The role also involves revising documentation based on feedback, aligning content with security and compliance standards, and optimizing the structure for integration with version control and automation pipelines. This position requires independent work, regular virtual collaboration, and a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and maintainability of documentation.

Qualifications

- Documentation and technical writing skills (e.g., structured Markdown authoring, technical specification writing, editing for clarity and consistency).
- Experience with autonomous agents or AI systems (e.g., prompt and skill design, understanding of agent workflows, ability to translate complex behavior into clear documentation).
- Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., basic security principles, familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability management concepts, awareness of compliance standards).
- Tooling and workflow skills (e.g., version control systems such as Git, documentation frameworks, collaboration platforms, and basic command-line proficiency).
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including requirements gathering, information structuring, and validation of technical details with subject matter experts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
