- Job Summary: Automation testing Relevant Experience : 3 - 5 years

- Roles and Responsibilities

The role consists of both manual and automation way of testing. Understand the UT app features or operations being implemented, write software test cases & get it reviewed, test the application by executing the test cases, report issues to development team, work with development team to drive the issues to closure, automate the testing by writing test scripts in Robot framework & validate the scripts, maintain the test scripts, execute automated regression testing on release candidates, review & share the test reports.
- Required Skills
- Experience in testing .NET Windows application that interacts with the hardware systems via different communication protocols.

- Robust hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python scripting.

- Hands On with Ignition SCADA platform (Inductive Automation) - Familiarity with PLC logic and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA) - Good understanding on Testing Methodologies.
- Experience in System testing.
- Experience in preparing Test plan.
- Experience in designing Test cases using Test design techniques.
- Hands on experience in using defect tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira, TestTrackPro, HP ALM or TFS.




- Hands-on experience in test execution and reporting.
- Analyzing test logs and helping development to debug the issues.
- Experience in working with databases, query execution, SQLDeveloper.

- Desired Skills
