Job Overview

- Position: Python + Playwright Automation Tester
- Location: 103, Sanghi Manor, Yeshwant Niwas Rd, Indore, MP 452003
- Employment Type: Full time
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Working Days: 5 Days/Week (Monday–Friday)
- Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
- Eligible Batch: 2021–2022 Pass-Outs
- Interview Process: Initial Virtual Round + Final Face-to-Face Round

Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Testing
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Playwright.
- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports.

Quality Assurance
- Validate web applications across multiple browsers and environments.
- Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities.
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2021–2022 pass-out candidates preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Playwright Automation Testing.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.




- Knowledge of API Testing, Git, and CI/CD concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Communication Requirement Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Candidates must be able to:

- Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Explain technical concepts clearly during interviews and discussions.
- Participate in client-facing meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication during the selection process.

Note: Candidates will undergo communication and technical assessments. The ability to confidently crack client interviews is a mandatory requirement for this role.

- CTC is not fixed and will be offered based on:

- Interview performance
- Relevant experience
- Ability to clear client interviews
