- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Design and develop HMI/SCADA applications, screens, alarms, trends, reports, and control interfaces.
- Prepare PLC, HMI and SCADA software architecture based on project requirements.
- Establish communication between PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems and field devices.
- Work with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA/DA, Fiber Optics, etc.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, communication and control-system issues.
- Review electrical/control panel drawings and support control-panel wiring and I/O validation.
- Prepare I/O lists, control philosophies, sequence of operations,
functional specifications and automation documentation.
Mandatory:-
- Must have experience in at least one large-scale project involving a few lakhs of I/O signals.
Important Note:-
- Working with Electrical Substation automation project or Oil & Gas Projects or Cement projects will be added advantage.
- Hand-on-Experience in Hydralics / Pneumatic circuits will be given preference.
- Please note that candidates with prior experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) will not be considered for this position.
