Role Overview

ITechServ is looking for an AI Automation & Developer who can interact directly with clients, understand their business processes, document requirements, and develop practical AI-powered automations.

It is suitable for a developer with approximately one year of hands-on experience who has strong communication, problem-solving and development skills and is comfortable working directly with business users.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Requirement Gathering

· Conduct meetings and discovery sessions with clients and business users.

· Understand existing workflows across email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, ERP/CRM and task-management platforms.

· Identify repetitive activities, bottlenecks and opportunities for AI automation.

· Convert business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

· Prepare workflow diagrams, user stories, process documents and acceptance criteria.

· Present proposed solutions, prototypes and demonstrations to clients.

· Collect feedback and refine solutions based on actual user requirements.

· Maintain requirement trackers, meeting notes, action items and project documentation.

AI and Workflow Automation

· Develop AI-powered workflows using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Graph and n8n.

· Build email automations for:

o Email and conversation-thread summarisation o Attachment summarisation o Context-aware email drafting and replies o Grammar, clarity and tone improvement o Task and action-item extraction o Follow-up and deadline identification o Email classification and prioritisation o Subject-line generation o Translation and tone detection o Phishing and suspicious-email awareness

· Create workflows that add extracted tasks to platforms such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Teams or Monday.com.

· Develop approval-based automations where users review AI-generated outputs before emails, tasks or business actions are processed.

· Build integrations between Microsoft 365 and ERP, CRM,



task-management and other business applications using APIs and connectors.

· Test prompts, AI outputs and automation logic for reliability and accuracy.

· Monitor deployed automations and troubleshoot failures or performance issues.

Testing, Training and Support

· Prepare and execute functional test cases and user-acceptance testing.

· Validate automations using real business scenarios before production rollout.

· Follow a pilot-first approach and improve solutions based on measured results.

· Maintain human approval for sensitive workflows involving buyers, finance, production and external communication.

· Prepare user guides, standard operating procedures and training material.

· Conduct demonstrations and practical training sessions for end users.

· Provide post-deployment support and resolve reported issues.

· Track adoption, time saved, response quality, missed actions and other measurable outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

· Approximately one year of experience in software development, workflow automation, AI integration or Microsoft technologies.

· Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform, preferably:

o Microsoft Power Automate o Copilot Studio o n8n o Make o Zapier

· Basic experience integrating applications through REST APIs, webhooks and JSON.

· Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot or other generative-AI platforms.

· Understanding of prompt engineering and structured AI outputs.

· Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, C# or a similar language.

· Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical workflows.

· Good documentation, testing and troubleshooting skills.





· Robust verbal and written communication skills.

· Confidence in conducting client meetings, demonstrations and training sessions.

· Ability to manage multiple requirements, priorities and follow-up actions.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with Microsoft Graph API, AI Builder or Azure services.

· Understanding of Exchange Online, mail flow, aliases, forwarding and shared mailboxes.

· Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP/CRM platform.

· Familiarity with Monday.com, Jotform, Power BI or Excel-based business processes.

· Experience building email assistants, document-processing solutions or task-extraction workflows.

· Understanding of authentication concepts such as OAuth, SSO and application permissions.

· Familiarity with Git and standard software-development practices.

Pay: ₹14,395.66 - ₹65,455.52 per month
