⁠Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings for residential, commercial and institutional buildings.

⁠ ⁠Develop architectural, structural and civil drawings based on engineer/architect instructions.

⁠ ⁠Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and construction details.

⁠ ⁠Prepare RCC structural drawings, including columns, beams, slabs, foundations and reinforcement details, as directed by the structural engineer.

⁠ ⁠Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and incorporate revisions.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing requirements.

⁠ ⁠Take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings where required.

⁠ ⁠Maintain proper drawing standards, dimensions, layers, scales, title blocks and revision records.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.

⁠ ⁠Ensure drawings are accurate and suitable for execution at site.

⁠ ⁠Maintain organized records of drawings,



revisions and project documentation.

Required Skills

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of building construction and civil engineering drawings.

⁠ ⁠Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of RCC detailing and construction practices is preferred.

⁠ ⁠Good understanding of dimensions, levels, sections and construction details.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineers and site teams.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / BIM will be an added advantage.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil CAD Drafting, Architecture, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred, preferably in building construction and structural works.
