About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural AutoCAD Designer to join our team. In this role, you will turn conceptual architectural sketches and design ideas into precise, code-compliant 2D construction drawings and 3D digital models. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure our construction teams have accurate blueprints to build safely and efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities Drafting: Create detailed architectural blueprints, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Collaboration: Coordinate with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering teams to integrate their systems into the master drawing sets. Revisions: Update and modify drawings based on client feedback, architectural redlines, and site measurements. Compliance: Ensure all design layouts strictly comply with regional building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA guidelines. Data Management:



Maintain structured digital drawing archives, document revisions, and manage project submittals. ### Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years of professional drafting experience within an architectural firm or construction environment. Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (AutoCAD Architecture preferred).

Experience with Revit or SketchUp is a strong plus. Knowledge: Solid understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standard architectural drawing conventions.
