Job Title: Technical Coordinator (UDCPR, Plot Potential & Liaison)

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator with a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning to support land acquisition, industrial development, and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for assessing land development potential, coordinating with consultants, ensuring compliance with UDCPR regulations, and managing approvals from government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate land parcels for development potential, zoning, land use, road access, and overall feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for FSI calculations, plot potential studies, layout planning, and development feasibility.
- Review and apply UDCPR regulations related to setbacks, margins, parking requirements, height restrictions, amenity spaces, and layout approvals.
- Liaise with authorities such as PCMC, PMRDA, MIDC, Town Planning departments, and Gram Panchayats for obtaining approvals and permissions.




- Follow up on layout sanctions, NA permissions, commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, and other statutory approvals.
- Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain project records, approval trackers, land documents, and technical reports.
- Conduct site visits to verify boundaries, access roads, and development feasibility.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, land development, liaison, or technical coordination.
- Strong knowledge of UDCPR, FSI calculations, and development approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Attractive salary and performance-based incentives will be offered. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
