Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Quality Checker to review audit work, verify accuracy and completeness of audit documentation, and ensure that audit processes are conducted in accordance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review audit files, working papers, reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

- Perform quality checks on audit work completed by Audit Executives/Associates.

- Verify whether audit procedures have been properly followed and documented.

- Identify errors, discrepancies, missing information, and deviations from audit standards.

- Check supporting documents, financial records, and audit evidence.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of audit working papers.

- Review audit findings and observations for accuracy and consistency.

- Coordinate with auditors to clarify discrepancies and obtain required information.

- Track and follow up on corrections and audit review comments.

- Ensure audit reports are prepared accurately and submitted within timelines.

- Maintain quality-check records and prepare review/MIS reports.

- Assist in identifying recurring errors and recommend process improvements.





- Ensure compliance with internal audit policies, SOPs, and applicable statutory/professional requirements.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of audit and accounting processes.

- Positive understanding of audit documentation and working papers.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to review large volumes of documents accurately.

- Good time-management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as with an audit team.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / equivalent qualification.

- Candidates with an audit, accounting, or finance background will be preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Audit Quality Control, Audit Review, or Accounting.

- Experience in a CA Firm, Audit Firm, or corporate audit environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
