Audit execution

- Ensure pre-audit preparation and sampling for the audits assigned.

- Carry out audit of various areas / activities / departments as per the RBI guidelines / internal policies.

- Ensure audit coverage based on the scope of audit for areas assigned.

Audit reporting

- Ensure documentation of audit findings of the audit areas reviewed.

- Prepare comprehensive audit reports that communicate audit findings, risks, recommendations and Management responses.

- Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive work papers documenting audit procedures performed, findings and conclusions.

Compliance

- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.

- Follow up with auditee Management and validate evidence for audit issues resolution.

Key Skills





- Domain knowledge Knowledge of bank audit / Direct Banking Channel audits

- Audit expertise Proficiency in audit methodologies, techniques and standards

- Analytical skills – Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data, identify trends and assess the effectiveness of controls.

- Problem solving skills – Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitating audit reporting, presentations and discussions.
