Warehouse Associate Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.

- Pick products according to customer or order requirements.

- Pack and label products for shipment.

- Load and unload trucks safely.

- Move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts when authorized.

- Maintain accurate inventory records.

- Perform stock counting and report discrepancies.

- Organize and store products in the correct warehouse locations.

- Follow workplace safety and warehouse procedures.

- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.

- Check products for damage or quality issues.

- Use barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Prepare orders for dispatch and meet daily productivity targets.

- Report damaged goods, missing inventory, or equipment problems to supervisors.

- Work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
