nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced IIS & .NET Application Support Engineer to support business-critical applications hosted on IIS in enterprise production environments. The role requires robust technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents in a 24x7 support environment.

nKey Responsibilities

nSupport IIS-hosted .NET and .NET Core applications in production environments

nPerform IIS administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting

nManage SSL certificates and HTTPS configurations

nSupport application deployments, releases, and environment-related activities

nHandle Incident, Change, and Problem Management through ServiceNow

nAnalyse IIS logs and Windows Event Viewer logs to identify application issues

nPerform Root Cause Analysis and resolve production incidents

nMonitor application availability, performance, and service stability

nCoordinate with Development,



Infrastructure, and Business teams

nSupport critical incidents and ensure timely service restoration

nMaintain technical documentation, incident records, and resolution details

nMandatory Skills

n3+ Years hands-on experience in IIS Administration

nExcellent verbal and written communication skills

nWindows Server Administration

nNET and .NET Core Application Support

nSSL Certificate and HTTPS Configuration

nApplication Monitoring and Troubleshooting

nIncident and Change Management

nServiceNow Ticketing

nITIL Fundamentals

nBasic understanding of Active Directory

nIdeal Candidate Profile

n3+ Years Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments

nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

nCustomer-facing application support experience

nAbility to work effectively during critical production incidents

nComfortable working in US shifts and 24x7 rotational support

nStrong ownership and commitment to maintaining stable application services
