Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates, recent graduates, and early-career technology professionals interested in Java development, software engineering, backend development, application development, APIs, databases, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.

The Associate Software Engineer Java will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, integrate, and improve Java-based applications, backend services, APIs, internal systems, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, authentication, cloud platforms, testing tools, enterprise applications, and modern software-development practices depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Java development, software engineering,



software development, backend development, application development, API development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Associate Software Engineer Java, Associate Java Developer, Junior Java Developer, Java Software Engineer, Java Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Spring Boot Developer, Application Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, multithreading, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable applications, or service-oriented architecture will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, debugging, testing,



and cooperative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, API testing, integration testing, or similar testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, or event-driven applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, secure coding, or Java application-security concepts will be an advantage.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, dashboards, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical Java-based software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Java-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Java frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.
