Associate / Senior Associate Insurance Voice Process | Trans Processing | Kochi

We are hiring experienced candidates for the position of Associate / Senior Associate Trans Processing (L1T / L2) for an Insurance Voice Process in Kochi.

The role involves handling benefit administration activities, claims support, provider outreach, documentation review, follow-ups, exception handling, and workflow management.

Candidates should have relevant experience in Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, Disability, Leave Administration, or Contact Center Operations, along with strong voice communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle benefit administration and insurance-related transaction processing activities.
- Review claims and supporting documentation and determine appropriate next steps.
- Contact providers and other stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Manage follow-ups and resolve pending or outstanding requests.
- Identify and resolve processing exceptions with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all transactions.
- Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, accuracy, and service-level standards.
- Support multiple insurance product lines and operational workflows.
- Escalate complex cases or exceptions to leadership when required.
- Support knowledge sharing, training, and coaching activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, Disability, Leave Administration, or Contact Center Operations.
- Prior experience in a Voice / International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Experience in insurance claims, provider outreach, benefits administration, or healthcare support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with B2-level proficiency or above.
- Familiarity with productivity, quality, and service-level performance metrics.
- Strong documentation, follow-up, and issue-resolution skills.
- Willing to work in US rotational night shifts.
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO) in Kochi.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Experience Relevant experienced / tenured candidates are required for L1 and L2 positions.

Salary

L1: 2.9 LPA 4 LPA

L2: 4 LPA 5.5 LPA

Salary will be finalized based on current/previous compensation, relevant experience, interview performance, and valid salary supporting documents.
