Role Description The Associate Property Manager – Bangalore is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned properties. This role includes coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready, and supervising housekeeping and maintenance schedules.

The Associate Property

Manager will manage guest communication, resolve on-ground issues,



and collaborate with central teams to ensure service standards and brand guidelines are consistently met. Additional responsibilities include basic inventory management, vendor coordination, local compliance checks, and providing property performance feedback to improve guest satisfaction and owner returns.

Qualifications

- Strong property operations and facilities coordination skills, including vendor management, housekeeping oversight, and basic maintenance supervision.
- Customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle guest queries, resolve issues professionally, and represent the brand on-site.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple properties, schedules, and tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic technology proficiency, including using mobile apps, property management systems, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, including occasional weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required by guest schedules.
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or real estate operations is preferred.
- Comfort with local travel within Bengaluru South and familiarity with the area is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
