Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Budget Oversight : Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Performance Metrics :



Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in managing large-scale application modernization or digital transformation programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in program management tools and frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
