Job Title: Associate Product Manager

What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate?

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Drive product discovery and innovation initiatives.
- Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Analyze customer journeys, pain points, and product adoption metrics.
- Perform competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Define product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog and roadmap based on customer and business needs.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities and success metrics.
- Align business, technology, operations, and customer experience teams.
- Present product updates, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives.




- Monitor product performance and customer adoption.
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements.

What is the expectation from the candidate’s current role/profile?

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-8 years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling products or major platform initiatives from scratch.
- Strong experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment.
- Experience in the Tax domain is a plus.

Skill Sets Required:

Must Have:

- Experience in Digital Products, Customer Experience Domains
- Business Analysis
- Requirement documentation
- Experience in platform modernization or digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products and data-driven product management
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma

- Tax domain knowledge
