Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize debt recovery and minimize delinquency rates.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Facilitate the seamless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Customer
- Service, to ensure alignment and streamline collection processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting collection performance, trends, and key insights.
- Monitor and analyse collection performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA degree is preferred.
- Robust leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
