Role Description The Associate Researcher is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal. The individual in this position supports the design and execution of research projects, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing data under the guidance of senior researchers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, preparing research summaries, assisting in the development of project proposals, and contributing to group projects and challenges.

The role also involves drafting reports and presentations, coordinating with team members to ensure project timelines are met,



and applying research findings to real-world industry problems.

The Associate

Researcher is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate documentation of all research activities.

Qualifications

- Strong research abilities, including literature review, data collection, and basic data analysis skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and applying theoretical concepts to practical scenarios.
- Ability to work collaboratively in group projects, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a structured on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related disciplines; postgraduate study is an advantage.
