SUMMARY:

The Pizza Hut Asia Legal team provides legal support to 21 countries and territories across Asia-Pacific, spanning North Asia, South Asia, and the India Subcontinent. The team is based in Singapore and is creating a current role based in Gurgaon to support franchise documentation, contract review, corporate secretarial matters, regulatory filings, and legal projects across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage franchise documentation, including franchise agreements and renewal agreements, while tracking renewals, expirations, and agreement signing status.

- Review and negotiate standard-form contracts, including vendor contracts and trademark license agreements.

- Assist with annual disclosure filings, other regulatory filings, and updates to franchise policies and standards.

- Oversee corporate secretarial matters across multiple legal entities, including entities outside India.

- Organize Board and shareholder meetings, including agendas, papers, and logistics.

- Manage filings with company registries and regulators.

- Ensure compliance with applicable company laws and regulations.





- Liaise with management, auditors, regulators, and external advisors.

- Support the Chief Legal Officer on legal projects as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

- At least 3 years of experience managing corporate secretarial matters for multiple legal entities.

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet timelines.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including development, finance, and operations teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience preparing and negotiating template-based contracts.

- Experience supporting franchise, regulatory, or corporate governance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
