Associate Manager Compensation & Benefits (US Benefits)

Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to manage end-to-end compensation and benefits operations with a strong focus on US Compensation & Benefits programs for a leading MNC company at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra location.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, salary revisions, and bonus programs.
- Supporting year-end compensation planning and execution activities.
- Administering employee benefits programs including 401(k), COBRA, Healthcare, Welfare, Dental, and Vision Benefits.
- Coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes.
- Performing compensation analysis, data validation, reporting, and audit activities.
- Managing employee benefit enrollments, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination.
- Leading and mentoring team members while driving operational excellence and process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 11+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards,



or HR Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in US Compensation & Benefits programs.
