- Manage day-to-day plant maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, agitators, centrifuges, dryers, gearboxes, valves, pipelines, and other process equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns and minimize plant downtime.
- Conduct RCA for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute shutdown and major maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production, EHS, vendors, and contractors for maintenance requirements.
- Manage maintenance spares, equipment records, and maintenance reports.
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and team members.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
