Role Description This is a full-time, in office Associate role based in Dehradun. The Associate will support partners and senior lawyers in legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents across Corporate, and Family Law matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include attending client meetings, preparing case notes, assisting with filings, coordinating with courts and authorities, and managing case timelines. The role involves analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to provide clear, commercially relevant advice. The Associate is expected to maintain accurate matter files, contribute to legal strategies, and uphold professional and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications





- Strong legal research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions.
- Knowledge or interest in Intellectual Property, Corporate, and Family Laws, with readiness to work across these practice areas.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and collaborate with the team.
