About the Role :

Our SAP service line is currently looking for an industry-leading SAP SD Associate Lead Consultant.

Required Skills :

- SAP SD, EDI, IDOC, HANA

What you will do :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP SD with solid expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA; S/4HANA Certification is a plus.
- Problem solving skills and EDI interfaces and IDOCs.
- Strong knowledge of SD Pricing, ATP, Returns Processing, Credit Management, and Sales Order Processing.
- Experience in Logistics Execution, Make-to-Order (MTO), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), and BOM management.
- Hands-on experience with Object Dependencies, Variant Configuration, Preconditions, Procedures, Constraints, and Variant Tables.
- Expertise in SAP integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, and integration with non-SAP applications.
- Experience with RICEFW objects, cross-functional integrations, and SAP reporting/query tools.
- Strong experience in incident management, issue resolution, production support, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager.
- Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
