Role Description The Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The person in this position will support project coordination across house planning, interior design, and execution of plumbing, electrical, and painting work.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with client communication, preparing basic project documentation, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and monitoring progress on-site. The Associate may help with site measurements, gathering material requirements, and ensuring that work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. This role also involves maintaining organized records, supporting scheduling,



and collaborating with senior team members to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Ability to support residential design and construction activities, including coordination of planning, interior design, and finishing work.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, or willingness to learn these domains.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and project timelines on-site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation); familiarity with design or project management software is an advantage.
- Relevant education in architecture, civil engineering, interior design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar full-time and adapt to changing project needs.
