Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the finance team in managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company's IT services and consulting projects.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in financial controller or similar role in an IT services or consulting firm.

- Robust background in financial controllership, planning & analysis with expertise in financial reporting.

- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, forecasts & financial plans.
