Assoicate Director - HR Business Partner | Bengaluru
We are looking for a senior, relationship-oriented HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leadership and drive people strategy for a large-scale Technology Business Unit with experience in GCC / matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and HR interventions.
- Manage HRBP responsibilities for a large-scale Technology business, supporting 2,000+ employees across diverse technology functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Drive and support organization-wide HR transformation, process excellence, digitization and AI-led initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging HR technologies to improve employee experience, HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Work in a global environment and collaborate with international stakeholders, particularly US-based business and HR leadership.
- Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and other key people priorities.
- Manage complex employee and business situations with a solid balance of business orientation, employee focus and HR expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in HR transformation and AI-led HR initiatives, preferably with direct exposure to initiatives implemented within a Technology BU.
- Robust business acumen, stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on HR leader who can operate strategically while remaining closely connected to business and employee needs.
